Project Description
Clearly, shape of the site influenced the outlook of design outcome. Requirements were very clear and expectations from client was that the structure had to stand out in this fairly new Residential enclave. The massing was developed keeping in view of the site shape & location, Visibility and to balance the bulky mass of the badminton court. The club house was designed as a Beacon interms of a reference point for Phases 1,2 &3. The roof lines, facade expression and the form complimented each other. The compound wall was also designed along The lines of the facade too blend with design continuity. The clubhouse houses waiting lounge, office space, swimming pool, gym, multi function Hall, semi covered terrace for yoga, badminton Court, landscaped gardens etc
