Project Description
This residential development spread over 7.5 Acres is not only designed on one of the most Haphazardly shaped site, but also the site had a lot of other difficult challenges, which made the sprawling lowrise, highly budget conscious project very exciting.
Apart from the Site shape, the property was low lying, with just one narrow entry along with the Nala on the longer side, Railway Track on the other side. A homogenius language, features, elements were adapted and carried throughout the design aesthetics.
Every unit was designed to have maximum natural ventilation light and also Vastu compliant. The development had all the necessary immunities and other such facilities to make it self sustainable neighborhood. The club house was designed on a very tight site with all the facilities effectively designed and located with the pool. The development had facilities like Clubhouse with Multi function hall, cafe, Pool, gym, indoor sports, library and terrace gardens for socializing, crèche, landscaped gardens, outdoor sports etc spread all over the site.
