Project Description
This residential plotted development spans over 42 acres of land area. The entire project was developed in a total of four phases. The master plan was conceptualized in a simple and effective planning principle of trying to achieve maximum east and west facing properties with internal roads of 9 m. The main entrance CDP Road is a wide arterial road with a minimum width of 60 feet with a central landscaped median running all the way till the end of the final phase. The highlights of the project is the massive landscaped open spaces and amenities. The development was conceived as a sustainable ecosystem to provide the best lifestyle amenities which was curated with deep thought and detailing.
As part of the design strategy, the continuous stretch of long landscaped parks and open spaces were thematically designed to create rich, nature friendly experience with various activities encouraging the indulgence for all ages, also promoting local fauna and flora. The clubhouse, Entrance Arch, Supporting Infrastructure, Street furniture, Landscaping (Phase 01 & 02) and few villas were part of the design scope.
