Project Description
The clients were into a chain of sweet selling business and real estate. They wanted a corporate office for both their businesses. The old sweet, making industrial building was being converted for this purpose and hence there were limitations in terms of the roof heights and column spacing. To start with the balcony all around where is proposed as a green landscaped terrace, and the cabins were placed opening into the same. The central open space was where the office work stations were placed. A cosy reception around with a small conference room to entertain the gas was planned. A formal boardroom is located right next to the reception for presentations and bigger client meetings.
