Project Description
The Cosmo club is a family club which officially came into actual physical existence by 2010. The design for the club was conceptualized as a comprehensive Master plan, which would be then developed in phases, depending on the budget availability. There were too small existing structures, which was re-developed to perform as the main clubhouse building to start with. With this as the starting point the whole concept was developed in a more organic approach based on the requirements, the proximity and priority of the facilities. The design language was a mix of contemporary and traditional to suit the local flavor and context. This family club Currently houses, club house building, which has a bar, restaurant, and kitchen, and admin/office, block, a card, room, facility, kids, play area, indoor sports room, front office and a multi-functional Hall with outdoor party area. More facilities have been planned and shall be taken up in due course of time
