Project Description
This project started as a very ambitious institutional design project. The design concept was visualised as a complete campus to be built in three different phases. The block were arranged in a way to form an internal courtyard into which the movement corridors, circulation spaces open and all the rooms were opened to the exterior side for better light and ventilation. The courtyard was oriented to take the climatic advantage so that it would be shaded in the afternoons. An entrance porch as well as a central stage, opening into the quadrangle was designed. Currently the phase 1 is completed. The entire project was built during the Covid pandemic. Hence, both the budget and construction duration were affected terribly.
